1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 777gh ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service made available through the domain 777gh.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. 2 Definitions

4 Account Eligibility

5 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

5.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 777gh will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. We accept no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.3 Account Transfer

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal with your Account or any associated funds, bonuses or rights to any third party. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6 KYC Verification

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and age verification obligations, 777gh requires all account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals can be processed, and in some cases before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

6.1 Required Documentation

Standard KYC documentation includes:

6.2 Verification Timeline

Most KYC verifications are completed within 24–48 hours during business days. We may request additional documentation at any stage of the relationship, including where transaction patterns give rise to AML obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

7 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to 777gh must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund of the deposited amount (less any applicable processing fees) and may lead to account suspension.

7.1 Accepted Currencies

Pakistani players transact in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR unless an alternative is expressly agreed in writing.

7.2 Payment Method References

7.3 Minimum Deposits

7.4 Deposit Limits

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable wagering conditions are eligible for cashout.

All withdrawal requests are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistani account holders. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of processing.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777gh offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are not available for immediate withdrawal.
• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement (also called rollover requirement). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount — or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before any winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated per offer.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to qualifying bets for sportsbook bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count towards wagering requirements.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used before expiry will be forfeited.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

The Platform actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus offers through low-risk bet patterns; creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and using prohibited payment instruments to qualify for deposit bonuses. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited and associated winnings voided.

10 Gameplay Rules

The rules governing individual casino games, live-dealer tables, sports betting markets and other gaming products are displayed within each product or game category on the Platform. By participating in any game or market, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game session, 777gh will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a technical fault cannot be attributed to either party, the Platform's determination of the appropriate resolution is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Sports betting odds are subject to change. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed, subject to any applicable minimum odds restrictions. Settlement of bets is governed by the rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the Platform.

All game outcomes on 777gh are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live-dealer games, by real-time physical dealing with certified equipment. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed per game where required by applicable rules.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

777gh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicious activity suggestive of money laundering, fraud or bonus abuse is detected.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormancy policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided. Real-money balances will be returned to the player through the original payment method following completion of any applicable verification or investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Support team via Live Chat or Help Center. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gambling Policy and are distinct from standard account closure.

13 Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The 777gh brand name, logo and associated marks are the property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of any Platform trademarks is strictly prohibited.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777gh and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16 Amendments

777gh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform, email notification or account alert. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use constitutes irrevocable acceptance.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777gh is licensed and incorporated. The Platform does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's home jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is compliant with all applicable federal and provincial laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.
